I felt unworthy and undeserving of success, abundance, love, and blessings because of my limiting beliefs and childhood programming. I used to watch other people’s success stories and think “great for them but that will never happen for me.” Under it all, I felt undeserving and that I needed to do and be more in order to attract the life of my dreams. Luckily, there is a cure for this.
It’s Time to Turn Things Around
It all changed when I realized that I did not have to stay stuck in my old story. I started owning that I am actually the creator of my experience and hold the keys to my happiness. I realized that I can take full responsibility for my life and change my story. I stepped into and started harnessing the power of ALIGNMENT in my thoughts, beliefs and actions. In truth, all I had to do was tap into the power of my feminine energy to create all that I wanted.
After years of working on myself and working with many mentors and coaches, taking various trainings and gaining experience as an apprentice, I gathered so many tools that I was able to turn things around and create a life that I could have only dreamed of. A life of living and embodying my purpose, feeling happy and fulfilled and using my gifts to be of service. All while generating abundance and feeling really good about myself in every possible way. I came to love and accept myself unconditionally which brought me a tremendous amount of inner peace and healing and helped me attract people in my life that value and appreciate me.
Now I am so passionate about helping others live the kind of life I was able to create for myself, that I’ve created a one-of-a-kind coaching program called the Worthy & Receiving Club to help YOU do the same.

Ava Milva was born in Bulgaria from a renowned lineage of healers. She uses her natural healing gifts to help others grow their abundance & thrive like never before. Ava is the creator of Etherica, creating uplifting community events across the Los Angeles area, using the unique power of mantra music and the voice combined with sacred instruments to raise the vibration, heal and elevate. Ava holds a BA from Eckerd College and is also a Certified Energy Healer in Guided Light Healing, Theta Healing, and Reiki. She’s a Certified Sound Healer, Sound Healer Trainer, Kundalini/Hatha/Yin Yoga Tea teacher, and Life Purpose Coach. She lives in the greater Los Angeles area with her daughter and their dog and cat.
